Zeem - Electric Cargo Bicycle

I. GENERAL SITUATION

Currently, the transportation of urban cargo is mainly carried out using cars, regular bicycles, and motorcycles.

Problems:

  • High fuel consumption;
  • Air pollution (carbon dioxide emissions);
  • Noise pollution;
  • Inefficient transportation due to low cargo capacity of motorcycles/bicycles;
  • Traffic jams;
  • Accidents caused by motorcycles on car roads.

Solution: Replacement of traditional methods with eco-friendly cargo bicycles equipped with electric motors.

II. BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • ZEEM (Zero Emission) is a bicycle with an electric motor that can carry up to 100 kg of cargo.
  • Application area: Cargo transportation.
  • Target markets: Delivery/transportation service companies, flower shops, mobile coffee sales, etc.
  • Main components:
    • Cabin;
    • Cargo area;
    • Chassis, braking system, 4 wheels, pedals;
    • Digital control panel and lighting system;
    • Electric motor and battery.
  • Key Features/Advantages:
  1. As it operates with electric energy, it does not increase carbon dioxide levels in the air, saving fuel costs and energy consumption;
  2. It can also be operated using pedals without the electric motor;
  3. The four-wheel design provides additional stability and a larger cargo area, making it easier to carry large and heavy loads (capacity: 100 kg);
  4. Agile movement on bicycle lanes and narrow streets (maximum speed: 25 km/h);
  5. The electric motor reduces noise, lowers repair and maintenance costs.
