The Technology Commercialization and Transfer Center (TCTC) was established on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Establishment of the “Technology Commercialization and Transfer Center” under the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan” dated April 6, 2021.
The Center, operating as a public legal entity under the Intellectual Property Agency, carries out work to stimulate inventive activity, form an innovative economy, as well as transfer and commercialize technologies through the integration of science and industry.
