  • A large portion of irrigated land in the country is still watered using mechanical methods.

Problems:

  • Water wastage (important: the country's fresh water resources are very limited);
  • Soil salinization and reduced productivity due to over-irrigation;
  • Time loss.

Solution: The implementation of more efficient irrigation technologies.

 

II. BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • Azirrigation is a smart irrigation system that enables remote management through a mobile app, using IoT technology and artificial intelligence to optimize irrigation for crops and gardens.
  • Application areas: Anywhere smart irrigation can be applied – agricultural fields, orchards, parks, factory areas, golf and football fields.
  • The product consists of three parts:
    • Mobile application;
    • Construction (pipes, sensors, valves);
    • Electronics (central processing unit). 

      ·  Key Features/Advantages:

  1. Can be controlled through a mobile app;
  2. Based on a uniform pressure irrigation mechanism, it increases soil productivity, saving water, energy, money, and time;
  3. Integrated recommendation system based on plant type, soil salinity, and weather conditions to optimize irrigation.

 

 Achievements:

  -       Participated in the "World Robot Olympiad" in the "Innovations" category and became the world runner-up among approximately 90 countries;

  -       Took part in the "Viveka Mentorship Program" implemented with the support of IDDA and sponsored by PASHA Holding, achieved the highest   result, and was awarded a €50,000 grant.
